– We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer an easy return process for eligible items.

2. Return Window:

– Some Items: No return (see Product Page).

– Some Items: You may initiate a return within 3 days of the purchase date.

Conditions of Return:

– Wrong Product Received: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

– Incomplete Product Received: If you received a product that is missing components or parts.

– Damaged Product Received: If you received a product that is damaged or defective.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

Open meemosha.in

  • Log in to your Meemosha account with your user ID and password.

Go to “My Orders”

– Check the respective order and click on “Manage Order”

– You will see a “Return” tab. Click on it.

– A window will pop up, select the appropriate reason for return, and put a description if you want to.

– Upload package images

– Click on “Return Order”

Important Notes

– Return Window: All return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

– Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

– Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return request, our team will inspect the provided evidence and approve the return if all conditions are met.

5. Refunds and Replacements: Upon approval, you can choose between a refund or a replacement.

– Refunds will be processed within 1 day of approval and may reflect in your payment source or the source provided by you in 2-5 working days.

– Refund can also be issued if there is no fault of the customer or for any other mistakes committed during placing order. However, these refunds will be based on the assessment of the fault and will remain solely at the discretion of the company i.e. Meemosha

6. Return Shipping Cost:

– It will be borne by Meemosha if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped, damaged product).

– It will be borne by the Customer if the return is due to any other reason which are not mentioned at Point No. 3 of this policy.

– We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned items reach us safely.

Shipping Policy

At Meemosha Enterprises, we strive to ensure best of the best delivery experience post purchase.

Here are some important information, guidelines and policy regarding the Shipping of a product once a customer places an order on meemosha.in

Order Processing:

  • Same Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped on the same day, unless prior confirmation is required from the customer, such as for customized products.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): All COD orders will only be shipped after receiving confirmation from the customer.
  • Sunday Deliveries: Deliveries are made on Sundays. However, dispatch of orders will not occur on Sundays or other public holidays.

Delivery Options:

Normal Delivery: Available across Pan India.

Expedited Delivery: Available for neighbouring states of Maharashtra.

One-Day and Two-Day Delivery: Available in Pune.

Same Day Delivery: Available for selected pin codes of Pune.
